Located in Annapolis, Maryland, Admiral Heights is a water privileged community that is minutes from Downtown, Uptown, the Annapolis Mall, the Bay Bridge, and Route 50.

The first home was built in 1951 by Lexington Construction Corporation and today it is a community of about 600 homes.

The Admiral Heights Improvement Association is a Non-Profit Organization that was created to represent the residents of the community and to maintain & improve the community's common properties.  We need our fellow neighbors' support to fund these ongoing projects. 

Membership in the organization is voluntary for residents of Admiral Heights, but it is the dues of these Proud residents that keep our community common properties well kept and the residents' property values stable.  It is simply a way to show your commitment to supporting the community you live in.
