What days are designated for Trash Collection?

Thursdays are trash and recycling collection day in Admiral Heights. Wednesday is yard waste collection. Small bulk items can be placed out with refuse on Thursdays. Large bulk items require a collection appointment. To learn more about refuse and bulk collections visit the Annapolis city website here.
How much is it to join the Admiral Heights Improvement Association?

Is membership in the Admiral Heights Improvement Association Mandatory?

No, it is not. Membership in AHIA is Voluntary for residents of Admiral Heights, but it is the dues of these proud residents that help keep our community common properties well kept and the residents' property values stable. It is a great way to show your commitment to supporting the community you live in.

Where is the Boat Club?

The Boat Club is located at 167 Williams Drive. This property is managed by the Boat Club, complete with their own rules of operation.
Can I dock my boat at the Williams Drive pier?

The boat slips at this pier are reserved for Boat Club members. AHIA members may temporarily dock to load and unload at the Williams Drive pier.
How can I get a boat slip or learn more about the Boat Club?
Is there somewhere else I can find water access in Admiral Heights?

There is also a community pier and boat racks at the Dewey Drive dock. If you are interested in a boat rack you may contact Jim Burdick.

Yes, you can view the most recent copy by clicking HERE. It is distributed three or four times per year to your home.
Can I advertise in the Newsletter?
