What days are designated for Trash Collection?

How much is it to join the Admiral Heights Improvement Association?

  • Dues are $30 per year per household.  For more information, please contact: Mary Smith

Is membership in the Admiral Heights Improvement Association Mandatory?

  • No, it is not.  Membership in AHIA is Voluntary for residents of Admiral Heights, but it is the dues of these Proud residents that keep our community common properties well kept and the residents' property values stable.  It is simply a way to show your commitment to supporting the community you live in.

  • You can either e-mail one of the board members, or you can attend one of the AHIA Board Meetings, which are the first Tuesday of each month at Germantown Elementary School.

Does the community have a Newsletter?

  • Yes, you can view the most recent copy by clicking HERE.  It is distributed quarterly to your home.

Can I advertise in the Newsletter?

  • Yes, if you are a fully paid member and a resident of Admiral Heights, you may advertise for free.  If you are not a member, nor a resident, you may advertise for $25 per issue.  To view our community newsletter, The Mast, click HERE.  For more information, send an e-mail to Steve McKerrow.

How can I be kept informed of any News, Events, or Updates to the Website?
